Some orders are bulky and in order to deliver your AdBlue® without any problems, please take a few minutes to read our checklist.
This will help us to avoid any delays or potential problems when it comes to completing your order. Please use the ‘additional info’ space when checking out your order to let us know as much info as possible.
Access
IBC 1000 Litre AdBlue® containers are usually delivered on large articulated vehicles, so easy access to your premises is essential. If you think this might be an issue let us know as soon as possible.
Booking-In
If you have a busy goods in department and orders need to be booked in, please make sure you let us know in advance.
Unloading – Forklift Truck
1000 Litre IBC deliveries will require a Forklift truck to unload from the vehicle. We are happy to deliver your AdBlue® to a nearby business if they have one you can borrow. Just let us know (and them) in advance.
Deposits
We waiver the usual £100 deposit to our AdBlue® customers as we want you to keep reordering with us. When the AdBlue® container is empty we’ll just swap it for another one. If you only require one container we’ll need to collect this from you within 12 months of delivery (for no extra charge).
All bungs and caps need to be correctly fitted and tightened. Our IBC’s are sealed to retain security of AdBlue® quality in a closed loop system, therefore IBC’s must be returned with all their seals intact. If these are broken or damaged we reserve the right to invoice you for £100.
IBC Taps and Pumps
There is a basic tap fitted to AdBlue® IBC Containers, however we recommend purchasing a pump from our range of AdBlue® Pumps to make dispensing the AdBlue® as easy as possible.
